my primary monitor doesn´t appear in the setting menu or play on in startup unless i unplug my extra monitor and then i have to enable the 144hz settings for the primary.
Graphics drivers are up to date and windows is too.
picture shows my secondary monitor and no choice for the primary.

Hey there.

Sorry to hear about this.

Can you try pressing alt+enter, dragging the window over to your primary monitor and then pressing alt+enter again to see if it then focuses on the correct screen?

Hey @hjortur333 , thanks for coming back to us and letting us know that this workaround is effective. I can understand that a more robust solution would be preferable. I've merged your thread in with another about the same issue - please see my post above in response to two other players, and answer the same questions, as that'll really help with getting this investigated. Hi @waycallt I can confirm that this issue was reported and investigated, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue and we did not receive any further contacts from players.

If you are still experiencing this please let me know and I will create a support case for you so that you can send us a copy of your system files and we can forward them on to the development team to investigate further.

I've taken note of your report, and I'm sorry to hear that an Issue prevents you from using the desired display setup in-game.

For the purpose of our investigation, I invite you to check the following :

👉 Backup your important files and update Windows

👉 Check if the GPU drivers (both the GTX 1080 and the Intel GPU) are up-to-date

👉 Check if the monitor display drivers are up-to-date as well

These steps will help isolate the Issue, in order to determine the best possible solutions.
