[2020] Can't change username

Hello,

As you say it does seem to have been over 40 days. Something that can also stop you changing the name is if it's considered offensive or in-use on another account.

I'm not too sure why, that username seems to follow our guidelines. Have you changed your username recently?

regardless, please try some troubleshooting in case it is a browser issue. If the issue persists, get in touch with us directly and we should be able to help out.

As it stands, your username can be changed every 30 days and for steps on how to do it, have a look at the following article.

In your case, give it a go in next 24 hours and you will be able to change it .

As I can see this was last updated on 10th March you should be able to request to change this again in the next few weeks.

As it stands, your username can only be changed every 30 days, and your last update took place on April 15th, therefore you will have to wait a little for that.
