Please double check that you have a static IP and are connected to the correct data centre. If you need additional assistance, please update case 10380931 and provide the following:

  • Screenshot of the forwarded ports.
  • Screenshot of the UPnP settings of the router.
  • Screenshot of the trace route of your connection.

Sorry to hear about your connection issues. If you are able to connect through mobile but not your home internet this would mean there is an issue with your home network, to troubleshoot this please try the steps here:

If the issue continues after trying these steps, please contact your Internet Service Provider to see if there is any issues on their side. Also please get back in touch here if it is still happening after doing this.

We are not yet aware of any connectivity issues on our side with the most recent update, so it's best we begin with troubleshooting as normal.

Are you able to play the game at all, or do you see this the moment you launch the game?

If you click on the settings icon at the top-right corner of the main menu, what is your data centre and NAT?

LCSQC.MrHoovy, I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving this error also! You mentioned having opened two cases for this issue, can you please provide me the numbers for those cases? I'd like to look further into them. Thank you!

I can fully appreciate that your internet service is working fine and you are able to access other things, however there may be a hiccup when contacting Rainbow Six: Siege servers, and therefore in order to improve that connection, try completing steps outlined in the following article, and let us know whether issue persists.

This error code 3_0x0001000B means there is a problem with our servers. Usually you will see this while there is a outage, degradation or maintenance.

- When did you notice this first started affecting you?

- Who is your internet service provider?
