I would first recommend to complete the steps in our network troubleshooting guide [ubi.li] which is designed to help configure your network for the game.

Should this then persist, would it be possible to let us know if this continues if you use an alternative network such as mobile hotspot for troubleshooting? I would also recommend to ensure you have any unnecessary background apps closed to prevent them from interfering.

Regarding the lag can we ask you for some more information please? Are you experiencing dropped frames, stuttering or by lag do you mean ping spikes and input lag as a result?

In terms of the microphone issues there's a few things we can suggest to try in order:

1. Please check your in game audio settings and ensure that the voice chat record threshold slider isn't being set too high, we would recommend setting it to around 10-15. If this slider is set too high it leads to a situation where you can hear other players but they may not be able to hear you as the higher this slider is the louder it is you... Read more
