Is this on the release version of 3.3.1, and without mods? If so, please fill out a bug report here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/stellaris-bug-reports.941/

if you're having crashing issues and playing without mods, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. If you're playing with mods, this is likely a mod conflict/outdated mod causing your issues.

See you're having some trouble with the launcher, I have a few steps here that may help you:

1) UninstallParadox Launcher v2 in Add/Remove Programs, then relaunch the game. Stellaris will redownload the launcher. You should wait for it to download the update, close and relaunch the launcher before trying to start the game.
2) Some launcher issues are caused by conflicts with antivirus active protections, like AVG or Avast. Add Stellaris/Paradox Launcher v2 to the exceptions list to any antivirus program you're running with active protections.
3) If all of this doesn't work, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket, and customer support will be able to help you with this issue.

Most of these problems are due to antivirus active protections conflicts. As a temporary thing to check, disable your antivirus' autoprotection. If the game runs fine after that, add Stellaris to the whitelist/exceptions of your antivirus.

In the launcher, go to settings, and choose borderless fullscreen or windowed mode. If you're on one of these now, choose fullscreen.

Otherwise, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. Hope this helps!

This is a known issue the team is currently investigating. For right now, we suggest either not using these options, or switching to English to save your species, then playing in your language of choice. We expect to have a fix for this soon.

We hope you're enjoying the Aquatic Species Pack and 3.2 "Herbert" Update as much as we enjoyed bringing them to you. That being said, this is also a frustrating time for some players, while they are waiting for their favorite mods to update. That's correct, there was no empire sprawl/admin cap update for Lem. This will be either next patch, or the patch after that. It's also important to remember that we'll be patching more frequently now, because of the Custodian Team. The target is every 3 months, although most of these free updates will be smaller than Lem.

It's called Tools > Filters. Also please don't necro bump a thread that was already necro bumped.

Try running in windowed or borderless fullscreen, this fixes most of these issues. If that doesn't work go to http://support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket.
