This isn't a bug that we're currently tracking that I am aware of. If you can reproduce this while *running no mods*, please fill out a bug report[forum.paradoxplaza.com].

well all my stuff is on an external hard drive so i just plug the drive into what pc i use. so there should be a problem with that because all the files are already there. i mean that i can deal with either way as i can remake everything. its the modding i ...

Are you enabling the mods in the launcher? its also worth noting that you need to select the correct playlist before you launch the game in the launcher.

If this is stuff you're already doing, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. Customer Support will be able to help you out with this!

I remember you used to be able to choose your weapon type at the start. Then the first time you rolled one of the other weapons techs, and didn't take it, you would wait 80 years to roll it again.

Stellaris is not a single player anymore or it never was?

Multiplayer balance is always a secondary consideration. Most of our competitive communities will balance the game with house rules.

In Stellaris, go to Settings, and under "Renderer" choose DX11.

There is, and I own it, furthermore, I own the 3 colonize ring world segments in the system. In fact, I am the one who restored those segments, colonized them, and have own them without interruption.

BTW, it's happening again. And again it's in this ring world gated system. I am trying to move my fleet one system over. System B is owned by Federation...

In order to transfer a system, they need to be at peace, and have a claim on the system you want to give them, or having a system adjacent to the system you want to give them.

If they're friendly with you and currently being actively destroyed, that seems unlikely. (unless they're being attacked by the crisis). If it was a crisis attacking them, you could tag switch to their country, make the claim, and tag back to your country, and give them the system. (Providing you're not playing iron man).

I like playing Hive, taking lots of pops as livestock with the Catalytic Processing civic. Its certainly not the most powerful build in the game, but its very thematic. :D

The AI has been improved enough that you might want to consider playing at a lower difficulty level. :) I also now struggle with GA on 3.3.

An AI empire might decide to declare war on an empire that is bordering them, but does not have intel on a star. This will have the following consequences:

1. AI Empire cannot invade the enemy territory, because it needs a science vessel to enter the system first (Or otherwise gain vision of system such as sensor range, gain intel in espionage)

2. AI Empire will not send their science vessel into enemy territory (Programmed to do so)

This empire is now in a stalemate. Based on programming and several variables (i.e. no free envoys to set up a spy network to get intel), it may never, ever, look into the fog.

Usually, this is resolved "passively"; assuming an AI empire can make friends or be part of a galactic community (...

Also some origins are limited to one per galaxy.

In the launcher, go to Game Settings and choose borderless fullscreen or windowed mode. If that doesn't resolve your issue, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. Customer Support will be able to help you with this! :)
