Your best bet is to go to /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris and move settings.txt out of the folder, and then reload the game. You'll likely have to reset your resolution and stuff, but it should load this way.

If that doesn't work, you can go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket.

Hope this helps!

They're a building, in the building list. :) Unless you're using this as a not-hivemind, in which case it sounds like you found a bug.[forum.paradoxplaza.com]

One thing to try, is go to add/remove programs, and uninstall Paradox Launcher v2. Then relaunch the game, wait for the launcher to update, and then restart it.

If that doesn't work, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. Customer support will be able to help you far better than I can! :)

Hope this helps!

Are you running mods? It sounds like one of your mods is crashing the game.

Paradox Plaza was having login issues over the past day or two. If this situation hasn't resolved itself, you can open a ticket at support.paradoxplaza.com.

There's a hiccup with some of the forum functionality, right now, including Paradox Mods. Should be resolved by tomorrow.

i need a function where i have some kind of 'backup fleets' who simply destroy enemy fleets in a sector. I just loose the big fights cause the AI have like 10000000 2k to 3k fleets who are just able to beat down stuff or simply 'fly around' stations and attack it behind, conquer it. And crippling everything.

also because of this - instantly getting like 100 fleets of building ships in the fleet-area. So - my full organization down. Why they even get marked as their own fleet? Man, i prefer when they drive into enemy territory and get destroyed insteaad of crippling my full organisation level.

how to deal with this? i cant control 400 of my own fleets to deal with this small-fleet spamming ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

whats the reason of having fortress-stations when they are useless?
This should be addressed in 3.4. More details... Read more

If you look at this week's DD, the pop growth penalty with Lithoids does not stack with the pop growth penalty from Subterranean. :)

The ship cannot be engaged. I can move my fleet away from the combat like it is not engaged. But my AI allies are not that smart. The invincible battleship below chewed through 2M worth alliance assets. The only way to get rid of this ship was to conquer all planets of the fallen empire.

This ship moves from one star system to the next but remains invincible.
Engaging it somewhere else doesn't improve the situation.

I haven't received a complete list of the free features coming in 3.4 "Cepheus" from the dev team, but these are the things I've been told are included (this list may be out of date and/or incomplete):

New Situations system will be free. (There will be paid Situations content as well however)
Some of the Vassalization Contracts stuff will be free, including the ability to build up to one holding.
Some holdings will be free, some will require other DLC (a good example is the asteroid colony ship test site, which requires Lithoids), and some will require Overlord.
Tributaries, Vassals, Protectorates and the Corporate subject type will remain free (and keep most of their effects from previous versions, from my understanding -- integration will be disabled by default now, however).
The new empire colors, empire icons and backgrounds will be free.
There are tons of Quality of Life improvements (ie. build gateways in vassal space, auto resettlement improve... Read more

I'm pretty sure it's hidden on the workshop unless you're already subscribed. It's left there as a tribute to the modders who invested their time and energy into making the mod, but hidden so there are less complaints about it not being updated, which is an unfortunate oversight on my part.

If you want to fight the other crisis or otherwise be able to have fun playing the game then you're going to have to get a mod for it or cross your fingers.

This is actually untrue. You can choose one of the other crisis in galaxy setup. Interesting tidbit of information: all empires have a chance to spawn early, however the swarm and contingency will only roll to spawn early if all there are no Fallen Empires on the map.

Also in game settings you can disable auto-popup of event windows, which makes them all form an exclamation mark notification at the top of the screen, where they will wait until you're ready/they time out. Makes interactions with enclaves a little weird, but overall it's a lifesaver.

No, unfortunately. If we do another Mod Jam, ownership of the mod will be passed to the community for maintenance at the end of the event. This wasn't agreed upon in advance for the 2020 version. However, many people split off their origins into stand-alone origins. You may be able to find the origin you're looking for. :)
