can't quite just drop it in. That needs a full release window and testing etc. A small side project like this can be easily bundled into a mod for the holidays

Given how adorably horrific it is...I want it in the game too.

Another quite challenging country in @PDXVictoria is Haiti. Saddled with crushing debt repayments to France, a successful Haiti player will either need to leverage its limited natural resources to grow their income or renege on the debt and risk French retaliation.
