His account is most likely flagged as a minor/underaged account that is restricting certain features. The only way to change that would be via Customer support if he made a mistake when he first launched the game and put in his age.

There are some effects that come into play in this mission. Separatist Loyalty, for example, let them recover 50% of their max health and protection + they gain 15% of the max health of a defeated ally which makes it look like they lost health but instead they've gained max health. We have a look through to make sure everything is working as it should.

There was an issue with Zealous Ambitions data discs not granting the correct amount of offense. We've fixed this with last night's update (Content Update: 05/26/2021). We are going to check the assist damage to see what's going on.

We have raised this to the team.

There are actually a few things that aren't assigned to a single character, like SpaceCat said, DOTs, expose damage, Extortion, etc. (to name a few) but are added to the total damage.

Edit: Ignore my first response and sorry for the confusion. Looks like this might actually be a bug. We are looking into it further now.

These DOTs are special debuffs, so B1's normal immunity can't prevent them. It is the same behavior as characters with buff immunity that can still gain special buffs, like Rey's damage immunity or Beskar Armor from The Armorer, for example. I hope this makes sense.

You need to replay Tier 1-3 of the event as stated in the details tab to get the required 330 shards for JML to unlock him. And yes, not a bug =)

Aaah gotcha. It is possible to drop 16 ranks in 18 minutes, so a recorded video closer to your payout would be more accurate and helpful (a few seconds before your payout).
