When you have a chance can you try resetting the password for your EA Account to see if that helps? That will usually help get around the "invalid account" error message. For more details on how to reset it check out the EA Help website.
If you're still getting the same error message after that I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Facebook or Twitter as well if you prefer.

Can I confirm that the most recent update has been downloaded and installed?
Does this issue remain after saving the game, closing and reloading? Failing this would you be able to try restarting the console too?

Try return back to character screen and then rejoin the drop. This happened to me, it’s when all the initialisation data hasn’t happened. Post back if that works for you!

Have you been able to access the River Raids on that save in the past? If so, did this issue start after coming back from a raid or completing a certain quest?
Additionally, are you running game version 1.4.1.2? You can check your game version on the main menu for the game.

Is there any recording software that you have installed? Anything that could be related to cursor?
Did it start to happen after the last update?
There is a bug when opening chests in offline mode. We have fixed this internally and will hotfix early next week. Opening chests in online mode should work just fine though
