Hey, sorry to hear you've had issues submitting a bug report on Answers HQ. I've checked your account as well and can confirm that on the 27th of July you purchased 4 Injector Head Salvage and on the 26th of July you purchased 2 Injector Handle Salvage. We are looking into potentially changing the name for the G12 Finishers and an update can be found here: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/210136/g12-finishers-update

The studio has had a Discord server where we've communicated with the Game Changers over time. As we mentioned when we stepped away from the program, we continue to offer this chat as a line of communication with the studio - primarily to gather feedback. I'm not going to comment any further on what precipitated this, but after a discussion with Warrior this morning where we discussed feedback guidelines, he was reinstated to the server.

Today’s Server Update returns crystals and gear for game issues that occurred previously. We will be rolling out the server update over the next several hours. Once complete, we will notify you in this thread.

CHANGES
  • [GENERAL] - Refunded crystals that were spent on Fleet Arena refreshes for Feat completion during the canceled Grand Arena Championship Exhibition. An inbox message will be sent to eligible players after the server release is completed.
  • [GENERAL] - Added functionality to identify duplicate Gear 12 finishers and refund the equipment to the affected users.
    Please Note: This is not a fix for creating duplicate Gear 12 finishers. The fix for not allowing creation of duplicate Gear 12 finishers will be deployed in our server update next week. Please be careful creating Gear 12 finishers until we have deployed the correct fix on August 5th.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

There has been lots of discussion around G12 Finishers since release and we want to remind players that this gear is unique to a character, cannot be used on the same character twice, and cannot be used on another unit. We will be refunding all duplicate G12 Finishers that have been crafted in today’s Server Update. Please note that this will not prevent players from crafting duplicates after the update. We are working to add more apparent notification in a future update but in general, we recommend double checking whatever you are crafting before you tap the button.

In addition to returning all materials used to craft duplicate G12 Finishers in a Server Update later today, we are investigating several longer term changes for a future update:
  • Changing the name for all G12 Finishers to include the name of the character they can be applied to

How long have you tried leaving the game on this screen? We have some logic that runs here that may take upwards of a few minutes under certain circumstances. If you haven't already tried letting it sit on this screen, please do so and LMK if you are able to move past this screen. If this is indeed the specific issue you are experiencing, we're working on some tech improvements around this. Separately, do you, by chance happen to know your ally code? If so, assuming you feel comfortable doing so, please direct message it to me. :-)

Hi Holotable Heroes,

We have just released a client hotfix to the Google and iOS app stores. This hotfix includes bug fixes and some additional logging to help us track down a couple of evasive issues. You can visit your respective apps stores to update immediately or we will require all players to update with the next content release.

CHANGES
  • [GENERAL] - Made a few changes to help better manage memory on iOS devices, which should help reduce the amount of memory related crashes
  • [GENERAL] - Fixed an issue where some ship battles resulted in a soft lock where all ability icons disappeared and players were forced to restart the game
  • [GUILD EVENT] - Fixed an issue where a player could advance to a “non-existent” phase in Territory Battles if the player remained in the map preview after the end of the final phase

Over the past 5+ years of the game’s development and live service, there have been a number of changes in the Galaxy of Heroes team. Typically, we don’t make public announcements when someone leaves or joins the team. However, given her presence in the community, we felt it important to let you know that CG_Carrie is leaving Electronic Arts.

We appreciate Carrie’s many contributions to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, to Capital Games, and to EA. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Moving forward, the team has ambitious plans for the future and remains committed to delivering an ever-evolving, high-quality Star Wars game experience to fans around the world. As the next step in communicating that plan, CG_TopHat will be posting the Road Ahead announcement next week.

The equalizing happens up front. JKR goes first, which means the Geonosians all have 100% Health/Protection so you wouldn't see an equalization occur. See below for the order

Hi Holotable Heroes,

We’ve taken a look at the interaction between the Jawas and Geonosians, and while the way thermal detonators are being applied is bugged (pun mildly intended), we think this is an interesting interaction and do not intend to take it away.

As such, we’re still working out the details, but we think we’re going to turn the bug into the intent and change the description to match. The ability moving forward will look something like the below (we’re still working on the final text and may change):

"At the end of each turn, Jawa Scavenger has a 50% chance to inflict a Thermal Detonator on all enemies that used an ability that turn for each time a Jawa ally was attacked that turn."

We’ll roll out the fix in an upcoming release and will notify you when that’s incoming.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

Before we restarted the first Grand Arena Exhibition, some players spent crystals to refresh their Fleet Arena in order to complete one of the Championship feats. All eligible Championship players who used crystals to refresh Fleet Arena between the start of the event and the restart will be sent the spent crystals along with an inbox message explaining the issue. We are planning for an update to send these crystals out sometime next week, but we will let you know closer to the release.

This took longer than we expected to solve so thank you for your patience. See you on the holotables!

Today’s Server Update contains two fixes for the Grand Arena Championships. We will be rolling out the server update over the next hour. Once complete, we will notify you in this thread and your client will need to reboot.

CHANGES
  • [EVENT] - Only Lifetime Season Score points will be incremented when granted from a previous season. This could occur if players did not login and claim their Season Score Points prior to the end of a season.
  • [EVENT] - Championship Points for clearing zones with no defenses will now only be granted to the attacker.

We have identified the issue and it looks like some players were set to a negative amount of energy (despite showing 0). We are working to fix this as soon as possible. I will let you know more details as soon as possible.

Please do not refresh your fleet at the moment. We are looking to deploy a hotfix shortly and are investigating the scope of the issue
