• Championship points for Round Wins will now be awarded moving forward
• Game will not be restarted for this update
• Next week, we will look into correcting affected player's scores impacted
• We will post more information Monday 7/15 on this issue

We are working on a hotfix that will be deployed shortly. This will fix the issue of players not receiving 1000 points for winning their Grand Arena match going forward but will not adjust current scores. We will need to create a separate fix early next week to address the missing points from today's bug. More info coming shortly

No worries. I was more-so checking in-case you had your Ally Code already written down or knew it off-hand. Unfortunately, there is not a good way to retrieve your Ally Code if you are unable to sign-in. We're investigating, but no update so far. We haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Are you able to try a different device or a Desktop emulator like BlueStacks?

Thanks for the heads up Ugluk. We are trying to gather more information about this issue. We haven't been able to identify a cause as it's happens so intermittently and our data of course doesn't show affected players joining. Head over the the AnswersHQ link above and share whatever information you can

We have already resolved this issue. The player was given this by accident. Please do not send in frivolous requests to the support team.

We are aware of the issue that is causing players to not receive their Championship points for certain actions in Grand Arena Championships. The dev team is investigating the root of the cause right away and I will keep you up to date on the status of this issue in this thread.

We are continuing to review the Grand Arena Championships for any issues during this exhibition. We’ve received reports of crashes during battle and players unable to enter Grand Arena. We are investigating further and are looking for more information.

I want to clear up some misinformation here, there is no "special" whale chat with CG. There is no smoke filled room with a handful of players where all the decisions and communications are made.

There is the volunteer beta group which includes highly engaged players of all types (including F2P players and light spenders) that provide us feedback on the game. This group is open to anyone who wants to apply and there is no criteria for spend level; you just need to be an engaged Galaxy of Heroes player and willing to write detailed feedback. The team is always looking for new members that can provide their unique take on the game and there’s a link at the end of this post to the application if you are interested in joining. We’d love to have as many diverse perspectives and opinions that we can get in there.

Hi all, just a quick mention here that we checked this player and confirmed they reached that score legitimately.

*EDIT: We looked further into it and discovered an issue with the points earned. We flagged it as a bug now.
