Nar Nightlife is back tomorrow! This time around we made some adjustments to how the machines work and how the Lucky and Good Karma buffs affect your plays. Previously, players could get in a loop where they spend chips only to be rewarded more chips and it resulted in longer play sessions of just spinning machines. Our goal with the below changes is to improve the Nar Nightlife experience by reducing the amount of time it takes to play and win prizes with the slot machines.

• Previously Lucky and Good Karma were awarded alongside winning some Chips, however they will now be rewarded sometimes with what was originally considered a loss. This will make the buffs a little bit rarer.

Hey everyone, 

Appreciate the reports that were submitted. The team was investigating the loading screen issue and was figuring out a way to deploy a fix that didn't require a server bounce. A hotfix was deployed and we're glad to see that it is working. We'll be keeping an eye on this thread in case more reports pop up. Thanks for your patience!

First off, as always thank you for the feedback and discourse in the thread. I wanted to pop back in and cover a few different things that I am seeing as I have been following along with the conversation. In order, communication around KOTOR scenes, how we are using them, and your feedback in this thread. Let’s jump in.

Communication

There are a couple of different points related to communication that I have seen in this thread that I wanted to touch on. The first is just a general point around moderation or silencing discussion. This is mostly me relaying from Jackie (but I know I stated this plenty of times in the past as well), the removal of posts in this thread came entirely from one of three places:

1. People being very unconstructive or downright awful towards each other or staff members. Disagreement is fine, personal insults or threats are not.

Hi everyone, 

Game Update 7.5b contained a few more items inspired by The Acolyte. The new Devoted Disciple player customization, armor, lightsaber, and dualsaber are now available. As with the Dark Harbinger hood, there is one full hood option and another to show hair underneath. Please keep Eric's post in mind about how hair under the hood is displayed.

Players are now able to log back into the Star Forge server. While the current issue has been resolved, we are still investigating its root cause. It is possible that the server will continue to keep players from connecting to the game. We appreciate your continued patience while we work on a permanent resolution.

We are aware of ongoing issues which are stopping players from accessing Star Forge and are currently investigating. All other servers are avaliable. When we have more info, we will update this thread.

Hey all!

Wanted to update this thread and follow up on a previous post. Game Update 7.5b will contain a change to help mitigate the RNG factor for the Training Modules. With this upcoming patch, players will be able to purchase Daily Area specific Training Modules from HK-24. There are more fixes for the system as a whole on the way, but I wanted to highlight this change specifically.

As this is a new system, we appreciate the feedback coming in on the overall player experience. We want to balance out what the progression feels like for a long term goal so we will be keeping an eye out for feedback as players continue on their way to fully unlocking B3-S1.
