Hey all,

Couple of things we wanted to highlight regarding Twitch Drops.

We initially stated that the Orlean Voidstream mount campaign would be available post 7.5.1 launch for 30 days. However, the longest amount of time a campaign can run is 28 days, so the mount will be obtainable until Sept 16th (as it can be seen on the campaign itself).

Secondly, there are some players who have been unable to claim the mount even after watching SWTOR content for 4 hours.

If you are one of those players, we ask that you relink your account which should prevent future issues from happening. However, at this time, you will not be able to claim the mount. In short, relinking the account won't generate a new Twitch prompt to start the claim process again.

Date Night 

Vette 

• [NEW] During Vette's Date Night Mission cinematic, there is no mouth movement on the character models when they are speaking. This only impacts the French and German clients.  
• When using the Companion & Contacts “Travel to Alert Location” button for Vette’s Date Night mission, players will find that the missions will not trigger upon arrival and immediately entering Vette’s room. 
  • Workaround: From the location where the player character is initially spawned, walk back several steps before entering Vette’s room and the mission should trigger.  
• There are multiple instances during Vette’s Date Night cinematic where the player character’s eyes are closed.

Don't know why they are making this change (probably some weird edge case bug?), but no one should lose any conquest rewards unless you have a habit of letting conquest rewards pile up without ever collecting them.

To clarify, there are no reductions in rewards! Conquest rewards are unique in that they work similar to Mission rewards and it caused an edge case which allowed players who didn't claim them week over the week, to continue to stack to the point it was breaking the Mission rewards limit. Effectively, they were disallowing the player to start new missions. We are simply fixing that unintended behavior...

Thank you for bringing to our attention the issue with the influence reset of B3-S1 on alternate characters when visiting Lane's lab for the first time. Based on our testing, this reset occurs only once per character. If you have experienced this issue and lost significant influence, please contact our support team to have your influence restored. We are actively working on resolving the root cause of this bug and will include a fix in our next major update.

Adding the below to the known issues list.

• Purchasing the East Wing Exterior and Suite Key for the Copero Stronghold will remove the West Wing Exterior and Suite key from the Galactic Seasons vendor.
  • Workaround: Purchase the West King key first.
  • Workaround 2: Selling the East Wing key back to the vendor will make the West Key king reappear on the vendor.
  • Note: Using the East Wing key or allowing the two hours for the refund to process will make the West Wing key unavailable.
• Players who have an odd number item rating (example: 333) may not be granted upgraded items from the Columi or other Upgrade Caches
