I feel you. I'm also frustrated with this issue, we've spent a lot of time investigating it and trying to find solutions but it's thought/impossible because we've never been able to reproduce it (neither in the office, or anyone from their homes or even anyone we know closely in Spain, it's something that simply doesn't happen in Spain ISPs). It's one of those issues that we need to iterate and test a million small tweaks and logs to try and fix it, and it's something that is not feasible to do with an unknown user.
The problem is the interaction between how Temtem's online is coded (using UDP is one of the main problems) and "something" (we don't know what) that the ISP does specifically with that.
