Same! It makes for a great survival guide. It truly covers all bases for survival in a city.

You currently cannot upgrade game editions.

It was something like this back in beta: Documents > My Games > The Division 2 > screenshot .

What you're describing may be a visual bug. Have you checked your inventory or stash for these items?
