I've checked your account and it doesn't look like you've pre-ordered the game from the Ubisoft Store. You have a linked PSN account so I'm assuming you've pre-ordered via the Playstation Store. If that's the case you'll need to get in touch with Sony if you are having any problems with your pre-order and the early access that's supposed to come with it.

Do you have a clip/image of this to illustrate the issue you're encountering?

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback on the Sniper Specialization. I didn't get the chance to use it, but I can imagine the frustration.
