There is no checkpoint on heroic for this mission. If you die at the end boss, it’s a full wipe.
Ooofft!! Normally there is a checkpoint in heroic missions before the final boss! I've let the teams know on this side, thank you!

If your character got deleted, I would advise contacting our Support Team ( https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB ). I cannot promise anything without having a good look at the account, but they will be able to check and see if they can help.

That's odd, in order for us to investigate further (I passed on your report a week ago), can you provide us with the following?
-A screenshot from before the maintenance if available (for next time it happens if not available now.)
-A screenshot after the maintenance
- Uplay ID.
Whilst we had maintenance to improve stability on PS4 to reduce the number of blue screens, we are still investigating all the instances that might lead to these happening.

WONY cannot be shared on PS4 but it can on Xbox, IIRC.
