I reset the season progress then jumped right into Viewpoint Museum. These things popped up on screen about every ten seconds. I thought it’d be rude to log out in the middle of a heroic mission but gotdang this was distracting.
After we finished one of the PUG randos said “Thank you very f*cking much, except you [my name].”
The notifications seemed to keep the mission summary from coming up so I have no idea if he was being sarcastic or not.

Thanks for the response, very much appreciated. I can't record it as PS4 blocks screen recording during certain times and a crash is one of them. It seems to be a common crash, I believe the Playstation error code is just a generic one.
For me it always happens after the court building at some point. I reported the first (PS4 report/suggested actions), but don't report them anymore because it's so close to the boss and want to get back in before I'm kicked from the group / miss the mission.
Dropped loot doesn't remain even if I come back in the same session. (One time the boss dropped an exotic, crashed, came back loaded outside, had to re-run the heroic solo and there was no loot)
I was hoping the others who have said it happens a lot would chime in but as usual the needless downvotes have hidden it.

Hey! Yes my colleague has logged an issue about this and I've added the thread from today to the report for more info. It seems to be an issue our teams are aware of an are looking into. Thanks for the added info i'll forward this to the team and see if it has any impact on the crashes created.
Can we have the patch notes with all the changes?
I prefer having that later and complete than being annoyed because

PC. This has occured when the game was released, fixed after 10+dass, then reoccured weeks alter, and nother time in summer/fall? their content/system manager has no clue, but that happens when you have to locate programming in 5+ locations to save money...

I have passed on these reports about the crashes and disconnections to the team. Those of you experiencing them: are you getting any specific error?
The team is currently working on this issue for the next update. On the next phase of the PTS they should show back to normal but do let us know if there are still issues with using them 👍
