Fair point - thanks for bringing this up. I'll try and look into it to see if it's intentional or something going awry.

Hey there,

Some players have reported that they still cannot see the status effects on the PTS. We have notified the team so they can look into it. 👍

It results in being unable to use or change your skills. When that happens my team mates can see me having the same skill equipped in both slots although I can't tell if it's the same for the OP.

Is there any chance you'd be able to have a friend take a screenshot or video of that occurring? Any additional details or steps to make that happen would also be appreciated.

Using the Sweet Dreams Talent to kill protected enemies can cause additional waves of NPCs to spawn, sometimes making another Guardian show up in a variety of situations.

With a ST-6 build, running Firewall with the appropriate shield/flame turret, you should have some opportunities to whittle down non-Guardians, then funnel the group in a compact area once 3 Guardians are up.

Just to clarify this - the UI now matches what was specified in the notes, right? Or are there still discrepancies?

Hey spidergyc - does this freezing only occur when Inspecting another player in the DZ? Or if you were to select a squad member or another way to Inspect does it also completely freeze the game?

Thanks for letting us know about this.

Hey domyong, could you elaborate on how the Seekers are not working - whether its target acquisition, falling through the floor on deployment, exploding but not dealing damage, etc. - and what platform are you on?

The final encounter of the Potomac Event center mission is quite good both for numbers of Guardians (in general) and enemy types. You can get several Outcast rushers per attempt, oftentimes since there are several, one will be a Guardian.

Best of luck.

Agents,

The servers will shut down for maintenance on Tuesday June 2nd at 09:30 CEST, 03:30 AM EDT, 12:30 AM PDT.

Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

Maintenance Notes:
  • Fixed an issue that caused Manhunt activities to be visible to base game owners after switching servers with a WONY owner in the party
  • Fixed an issue that caused the doors during "Break Through the Black Tusk Forces" to not open during the DARPA Research Lab Main Mission...again.

Please follow this thread for any updates as the maintenance progresses.

Thank you for your patience,

/The Division Team

Working as intended. No one from Massive will respond from this post, ask them how to buy season levels and sneak this question in with it.

Hey.

Just wanted to chime in and say we are forwarding the feedback around the proposed changes to status effects to the team and the devs are discussing adjustments.

As the initial reaction on Friday seemed to stem mostly from reading the Patch Notes we are happy to see players having tested the PTS now and share their thoughts. Posts like this one are really helpful to provide detailed and actionable feedback and are much appreciated.

Everyone deserves some chill time.
(Mine would absolutely be leaving out food for the stray cats, does that count as relaxing?)

Appreciate the report, and thank you so much for providing such a detailed list of videos for us as well. I have passed on your clips and report of this.

What a stunning capture, how tricky was it to get this one? ❤️

Now you hit it with this instead making the undepowered gear set a f**king joke instead. I have spent an entire year trying to bring the issues with bleed damage to light and posted so much feedback pointing towards that in the PTS forums only to get double nerfed. I don't think the devs really care about the feedback

Yes, the back-to-back direct and indirect nerfs to Bleed builds/the Ongoing Directive set have not been lost on me, particularly when it comes to Heroic+ content. It is a frustration that I am actively passing along to the team along with other topics in this thread.

It is... tough because this is a test-change made with the explicit purpose of making Heroic+ harder, which I can understand doesn't make the Heroic+ content feel better for anyone playing it.

Looking around at the feedback even within the first hours, it's pretty plain to see that it's a highly contentious change. Especially when considering status/damage builds like I originally mentioned.

I think an important question to consider is does this hypothetical change actively turn CC builds into dead-weight/lost potential, better to be replaced by another DPS setup or something else? Or does it make them less dominant on the field; less likely to be the single most impactful presence on the team?

Finding that middle ground is difficult, for sure, but important.
