We got on it as soon as we got in to work this morning as we are located in Sweden and are working non-stop to find a solution.

I appreciate the frustration of not having any concrete updates over the night, but even developers need sleep!

I'm sorry you feel there is a lack of presence on the forums regarding this issue. Rest assured that we do keep an eye on things, and do work diligently to forward these reports to the devs even if we don't have time to respond to everyone.

Hey all,

I'm sorry to see that this latest update has caused an issue with The Division 2 hard-crashing after a few minutes. The team has been alerted and we will follow up with any updates regarding the investigation, however at this time I'm afraid I don't have any more information to share.

There's an option in the settings menu where you can alter how your agent takes cover.

I play on Playstation 4 and I have my setting to hold the cover button for a period of time before my agent hugs a wall. It took some getting used to but it helped me control how I wanted to take cover and avoided my agent sticking to walls when I didn't want her to.

I hope that helps you too, hopefully that would work with rolling and hugging walls as well - pretty sure it has happened a lot less for me after changing it.

I've added your thread to existing reports, the profanity filter can be a little overly cautious and I have made sure the team knows that this is something that you would like to see eased up on
