Hi everyone sorry to see the launch of Ubisoft Connect may have prevented access to the online features of the game.

The game had an update today, can you confirm if this is still happening for you? Can you also just check if your Ubisoft/Uplay menu has updated and is now displayed as Ubisoft Connect in the launcher, instead of Uplay?

If not please try downloading the launcher from this site - https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/

Then try launching the game.

Nice one Larry_42. glad to hear it. The team have gotten back to let me know that albeit the issue had not been raised to them through the forums, they were aware of it and it should now been fixed with todays update. Good timing

Hello zyberyous, thanks for coming back to us and confirming your issue has resolved after trying a few troubleshooting steps, I appreciate you letting us know.

Hopefully if any other player experience the game booting them, some of our basic troubleshooting steps should help such as verifying files, updating the GPOU and OS, running as admin etc.

For anyone who experiences the game booting you out of matches or disconnecting as well as trying connection troubleshooting, please make sure to try these PC troubleshooting steps first -

Ah I'm glad to hear it, apologies for only reporting on this issue now, I can see the thread was started 5 days ago, we will try our best to answer players in all of our forums but sometimes it can be up to a week before we respond depending on how busy each game forum is, especially after a new release! I'm happy to hear the Trackmania team were able to resolve this quickly for everyone, they're a good bunch

Are you able to send us a screenshot or video of these black trees? And are you able to send us your display settings section of your dxdiag so that we can try replicating this on our side with the same set up top see if the trees look like this for us as well?

Hi everyone, thanks for getting in contact about this.

This was brought up in the forums previously, it is a delay with PB scores but should be resolved after waiting a few hours while the server updates. This can also affect PB ghosts too, we are aware of things like this happening and we have investigated this but we have had some trouble trying to replicate this on our side.

Hello Kalith- welcome to the forums and sorry to hear this has been affecting your game,

Is it possible you can record some footage and link to it here for us? This has affected to players I know of in the past in the forums but we were unable to reproduce it on our side. Is it possible you can upload your dxdiag settings for us to view also?
