Thus i decided to write the report. Server had other players too, dunno if any of them recorded the clitch.
But it was happening from them too, as 3 other said they had the same problem at server chat.

So PB ghosts are saved in Local mode, but you never see them in Local mode, unless that map is also a TOTD or Nadeo campaign map.

I experienced the same today, AND I have a crashlog as well. I think it's a netcode problem with warmup.
This crashlog is after pressing multiple times retire after car was at finish after start.
Thing is it seems to be somewhat random and can be difficult to reproduce.
Can you try this witht he QA team:
1. setup local server, with a local network and internet players.
2. setup gamemode so it's timeattack (or rounds).
3. the bug for me and few others as well on my server happended during WARMUP.
i think best would be to use long warmup durations for while trying to reproduce.
After few maps with warmups (seen at the log file attached) the cars randomly started to appear to finish block.

Turns out I had missed the "Unbind One Button" option near the top. Personally I'd either have a "Clear" button available in the "Press the new key for <>" prompt, or auto clearing it if you bind the same input to the same action a second time. But as it stands I've got that issue sorted out at least so it's not that big of a deal.

I've also come across the tree rotation issue. It happens anytime you place specific trees in an angle between 0 degrees and 180 degrees (so either upright or facing completely downwards works fine, anything in between causes the issue).
This is only an issue with these trees that I highlighted in the picture. All the other trees/items work fine!

Main issue is that pedals do not work at all. In my instance the pedals are inverted.
When i short press accelerate the car starts accelerating, but if I step on the pedal the car stops and then if I release it it starts accelerating again.
Same with the brake. I am using Thrustmaster T300RS wheel with gas and brake pedals, and I tried binding them to analog brake/accelerate.
At least there should be an option in the menu to invert the pedals since maybe then they would work as intended.

Quick update: I haven't noticed this behaviour in the past 5 days (haven't been able to play much on servers, though).
Maybe it is gone for good and was related to some older server binaries / networking issues / etc.
In the past I've never seen this on official servers or club rooms and only on some of the dedicated servers, I play on.
I will update this thread with a video in case I see it again.
