First, we still have to stress that the best practice for these sorts of reports is to use our Zendesk help portal - I understand our response times may be slower than you’d expect or want, but please be assured this matter is being investigated and will be addressed as quickly as possible. We can only kindly ask for your patience in the meantime.
Second, we urge you to not conflate a delayed response to your ticket with endorsement of bigotry and discrimination. We absolutely condemn all forms of discrimination and hateful commentary, especially towards marginalized groups. The behavior on display in the OP is 100% not welcome in our community, and while we cannot disclose the exact outcome of this report, please be assured your report will be acted upon.

A big part of the revamp was that we only recently had the ability to add another layer of subcategories, which made everything much smoother. If you have specific thoughts to share, you can use the #general-discussion:exiles-suggestions I would say. If you’re talking about bookmarks that is a separate thing the forum does support.

Alright, so a couple new things xposting from the forum news section;
Adding #Report-Received tag, which can only be added by Funcom staff and is used to mark a bug report as seen and reported internally, without necessarily requiring a Dev Reply. This tag has a custom icon and color, ideally making it more visible compared to regular thread tags.
Updated Funcom staff post styling; adjusted border and added background tint and logo. It’s really dark so this may still undergo adjustments - let us know what you think!
“Solved” button and icon is now blue instead of green, and the checkbox icon that indicates a solved topic should now be much more visible at a glance when looking at the topic list.

Hi all! Quick update on anniversary event stuff and dates; we decided to add some extra time to the event and offers. The new end date of the anniversary activities (such as boss spawns) and special offers is 2021-07-19T13:00:00Z.

If you’re able to connect on one computer but not another, that sounds like it could be an isolated local issue. First, I’d make sure things like firewalls or other security apps you have set up aren’t blocking the game from connecting to the internet.
I’m not currently aware of any widespread outages or unavailability of FLS.

New thread tag #Report-Received for staff allow us to mark a bug report that has been seen and reported without necessarily leaving a response to the topic. This tag should be highly visible compared to regular thread tags.

We are currently not aware of any widespread outages like what happened a couple days ago. I just tried myself from a home connection and was able to sign in through Steam without an issue.
If the game is telling you that you need to be online at all (and not an error about Funcom Live Services) then that is likely a separate issue. I’d first make sure nothing is blocking Conan Exiles from accessing the internet, like a firewall or something.
