Pretty sure that's this mod, so check out the description to understand how it works. :)

If you have the Industries DLC, the easiest way to solve the problem would be a warehouse storing the fuel. For a coal power plant, you want the option called "Zoned Industry - Ore Products" and for an oil power plant, you want "Zoned Industry - Oil Products"

You could also set up a cargo train station nearby, which should allow the power plant to import fuel faster.

This guide is a little old, so the screenshots don't match how things look today, but it explains how to update any workshop item. :)

Verify the game files through Steam. That should solve the problem with the corrupted file. :) Once that's done, try the game again and see if that fixes it.

Your pagefile is fine. It's already set to 32 GB and most of that is free, so you should be good there.

I had a look through your mods, and you should unsubscribe these:

- European Buildings Unlocker - it's broken. Enable the European Style instead, it does what the mod used to. :)
- Rotate Brush - it's broken
- IsIntercity Fix - no longer needed as the bug was fixed in th...

This is *absurd*. I well exceed even the recommended settings, my rig can run stuff like Fallen Order and RDR2 on ultra and maintain 60fps, so it ain't a texture thing, and a 5 year old game, even with all this DLC, should not be so resource heavy that it can't run it's own vanilla state beyond a small city.

Do you get the crash with a pop up saying something along the lines of "Oops the game has crashed..."? If yes, then it mentions a folder, which contains files we'll need ... Read more

Building Anarchy lets you change the placement mode for buildings from "Roadside" to something like "On Ground" - but the mod hasn't been updated in a while, so it isn't in the best place. It might conflict with some mods, but you can always try it. If you encounter any issues, you just remove it again. :)

It only works for ploppables though I think. So for growables you'd likely still need to place them on grid somewhere and then move them.

Yeah, setting your pagefile to 32GB is gonna help a lot with these crashes and likely allow you some more workshop content.

Another option is to lower texture quality. The game then loads all textures at a lower resolution, which will lower RAM usage (this is what's eating up most of your RAM). Minimum system requirements aren't expected to run the game at the highest settings, but I totally get wanting to have nice textures. So maybe you'll prefer the pagefile option.

Lastly make sure you aren't running all sorts of other programs while the game runs. Browsers eat up a bunch of RAM as well, so close down anything you don't absolutely need while the game runs.

The warning basically means that your commercial are waiting too long for goods. Local industry might be able to solve that, but you can also just set up good import options for them. Have a cargo harbor or train station somewhere nearby to import goods through, and make sure your traffic slows smoothly all over your city.

No, you would need to create new lines in the same place.

Before loading your save, go into Options, find the Loading Screen mod on the left and under Safe Mode pick the options to remove all vehicles and citizens. Then try to load the save and see if that does the trick. If it does, just save (always save as a new file, never save over the same one again and again) and disable those options next time you load the save.

Then you can't see the air paths. They are invisible by default. More Network Stuff is the mod that reveals them. :)

If you get the pop up "Ooops the game has crashed..." then it mentions a folder, which contains files that would help us see why it's crashing. To find the folder, go to your games Library in Steam, right click on Cities: Skylines, select Properties, go to the tab Local Files and click the button Browse Local Files. Then find the folder mentioned in the popup.

If you don't get the pop up, then we'll need the output log (player.log on Mac and Linux). This guide explains where to find it and has some suggestions for places to upload it to, since we can't attach files here on Steam.

Steam does that sometimes. It's usually fixed by logging out of Steam, shutting Steam down, restart it and log back in. Then start the game.

I can't remember if I tried it before, but I just tried the broken save again with no luck. I see an error that we also see when a save is corrupted, but it doesn't only show up when files are corrupted, so it isn't a guarantee. The fact that the mods can't get the save to recover from the error seems to indicate it is corrupted. :/

The first thing I would check is if your city is close to the vehicle limit. You can use the mod CSL Show More Limits to see. If you are close to or at the vehicle limit, then no more vehicles can spawn, which would explain what happens in your city.

First let's see if it's related to workshop content. In Steam add the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1040-JWMT-2947

Then try to start a new game. If it works, then it's related to mods in some way. If you're still having problems, then you'll want to post on the official support forums:

If it's fine with the launch op... Read more

It might, but it also might not. It really comes down to what works for you, so I suggest trying it out. This game can be modded in different directions to customize the way you play, so that you get more of the stuff you enjoy. I recommend just experimenting and finding what works for you - there's really no wrong way to play the game as long as you have fun. :)

Is is a save or a new game? Is it all maps or just the one? Is it a workshop map or one that comes with the game?
