I feel as if the more luck I get the lower my chances of mw/legendary gets. Is there a cap or is there a point at which too much luck is negative/has a fall off?

Glad you’re looking into it. While we’re at, a quick discussion on how to speed up server-side hit detection to make it more realistic and accurate would be something you’ll want to have with whoever is in charge. This is affecting not only projectiles like fireballs and fire waves, but also shots players make on enemies. I’ll headshot, then a split second later the “X” will show up and I’ll hear the noise. But it’s nowhere near instant/spontaneous, as it should be.
Take for example APEX LEGENDS and how they register shots the very instant it lands on an enemy. You hear the audio immediately, there’s no delay in any aspect of it. Anthem needs to emulate this to nth degree, because right now the server-side hit detection is super slow (high latency?) by comparison. Please and thank you!

Can we agree that whatever is going on here, it appears broken? This happens constantly. Same with spider web attacks. You clearly dodge a projectile, then a second later when nothing is around you, it hits.

I've tried dodging early and it doesn't always break the seeking of the projectile. And doing so can mean you don't have a 2nd dodge ready in time if the seeking doesn't break. This attack feels very buggy even if it's not technically a bug and I hope you all will tweak the attack to make it a bit more readable regardless. <3

Is the Scar sniper locking supposed to track me even if I dodge?
The tracking laser should yes. You have to time the dodge when the projectile is in the air.
Hey Mind-game thanks for the heads up here. We’re aware of the Avenging Herald bonus when not equipped, but I appreciate the report about Gunslinger’s Mark in combination.
Just to help out you can dodge a little earlier than you do here in the video to “break” the seeking on the projectile. I’ll look into whether or not there is anything else going here.

Most of the major things are still not working, but the HP bug got mentioned so often here and I ask for a fix and u/biocamden said it will be fixed but it is definitely not fixed for me it got way worse.
If you are buged, the cooldown reduction from the components also stop working. I can spam ice shards forever because of the cdr component and then the components glitch out, my ice shards got cd and i get oneshot because the components are gone, it fixes itself when I get lead of the freeplay or rebuild the javelin part by part with start a freeplay after every part.
Got my storm back to a working shield and 8 boxes hp instead of 3, yes after patch it’s not visual.
Can /u/benirvo tell us something about this? I think he is the combat guy

Heya BioCamden! Is there any word on when the Colossus' Fist of the Crucible will be fixed? The numbers are all 0 and there are no bonuses. I thought this would be fixed in today's patch, but I guess not. Is there another patch scheduled soon and will this bug be fixed in it? Thanks for your hard work btw! The game is fun af
I think RedFuryBounce is correct below in that the previous ones dropped before patch aren’t working. We are looking into. Not sure what, if anything, we might be able to do here.
Would you then be able to re-apply a freeze status effect while an enemy is frozen but not primed (as in- apply freeze prime to an enemy that was combo chained and thus has no "nameplate icon").
You can either keep applying ice effect to keep it frozen (won’t make it comboable) or wait to it to fall off and apply it again (comboable).
So I have a follow up question now that the patch notes have been released. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but are we going to get a fix for the "Ice bug" with this patch or is it still being looked into?

u/Darokaz Are the dev aware of this issues ? I have two MW grenade launcher and none of them have exploding grenades. They just lay here doing nothing.
This is a known issue, we're looking into this now.
In another thread, u/BioCamden (I think) said that Stronghold bosses are supposed to drop guaranteed MW loot, but its not working correctly right now (because of course it isn't haha).

I have a very low bandwidth connection when playing at home. Thankfully, mission and gameplay-wise, Anthem does well with this.
The problem, however, is with some loading screens, particularly when starting up the game, and when going from mission completion into the rewards gallery. My loading screen slowly hums along until 70% or so (during which time my bandwidth is pegged at ~80kB/s - slow, I know). When reaching that roughly 70% mark, I'm often kicked back to the "frostbite engine" game startup screen with an "Error loading pilot data". And then when trying to get back into the game, this same kick-out happens two to three more times, then I'm finally able to load into Tarsis.
Note - this issue does not occur at all when playing from a higher bandwidth connection.

Unfortunately Ardram I don’t, that’s not really work my team (combat / creatures) has done so I am unfamiliar any potential bugs there.
Thanks again for the feedback Nullifics. So the discrepancy between duration is all based on balance calculations we did (the size of the boost you get, how easy it is to trigger, etc). In terms of melee Ranger builds, we absolutely had success internally with some really cool melee Ranger builds. We continue to review Masterworks for usefulness and balance. I’ll definitely pass this feedback on so we can review it.
Any chance the interceptor can be less useless against titans? Melee immunity is harsh, especially during Ultimate.
Also- huge THANK YOU for the responsiveness to community. You and your cohort are rocking this so far.
Just a small note, even if the melee attacks are showing as 0 for the individual melee hits during Interceptor Ult, the Ult leaves a Wraith Strike projection which attacks the boss and does damage over time. The attack still does good damage. But yes feedback noted here for the Titan, thank you.
What about the shield penetration that was stated for Pulse Blast?
