As mentioned in the thread, players who are missing their monthly Cartel Coins need to directly contact our support team (keep in mind that sometimes those can be just delayed for a few days).

Hi all,

The Cantina Livestream code was changed, the new code is now the following one: CantinaLivestream2020.

Those you don't have any mount will receive all the mounts while the ones who already have few of the mounts will receive the ones they're missing.

PTS is back! You can now log into it to test our new Flashpoint: The Spirit of Vengeance, the Login Rewards, and Emote Window.

Note: There is a known issue with Heta Kol, the final boss of the Flashpoint. Players might not be able to finish this final boss.

Sorry to read that you encounter issues with your subscription. For Alfomora, boreallis, and NaturalKiller, your issue is now fixed.

For subscription issues, the best thing to do is to directly contact our support team at this email address: [email protected]. When contacting them, make sure to give all the relevant information such as account name or email address linked to the account if you're contacting them from a different email address.

Do not hesitate to check in your Collections if the following mounts are already unlocked: Korrealis Regent, Korrealis Sheriff, Korrealis Viceroy, and Korrealis Viscount.
