Hi there, @Moldy4skn 

 

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

If your son is under the age of 13, they won't be able to play any multiplayer modes. This is in accordance with COPPA regulations. If he is 13 or older, please contact an advisor so they can look into this for you. To do that, open a case here. Thank you.

You can find the latest on this issue here. Also, there's a workaround that may let you play without disconnecting. If you're using an animated banner, switch to one that isn't animated.

We're seeing a potential workaround for this. Set your banner pose to one that is not animated. That has been working for some.

You are responsible for the behavior of others using your account. This is part of our Terms of Service. The ban on your account is permanent and there won't be any further reviews unless there is new information that hasn't been sent to ToS previously.

We can't help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. I see you've submitted a couple disputes with Terms of Service. You can have your account reviewed up to 3 times so you're welcome to submit another. As far as your Steam account being hacked goes, be sure to provide these details in the dispute case so ToS can consider it during their investigation.

As previously stated, we can't help with banned accounts on Answers HQ. Also, if ToS is telling you no more investigations will be performed, it means they have already very thoroughly checked your account 3 times and have not found any evidence that the ban was issued by mistake.
