Thanks for reaching out about this. It's possible deleting your personal saved data could help. Press the Guide button and then highlight the Apex tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens.

As I said, ToS performs very thorough investigations. We want everyone to be able to play, but we also can't have people breaking the rules. If they haven't found evidence that the rules were not broken, the ban will need to remain. I'm very sorry, but I don't have any other information on this as these decisions are completely up to ToS.

I'm very sorry, but we're unable to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. If you've already submitted 3 disputes and ToS didn't find any evidence that the ban was given out by mistake, it won't be lifted.

This article should help with linking and unlinking your steam account. However, progress does not carry over between accounts so you would need to start over on the new account.

ToS agents are not available on Answers HQ, by phone, or chat. Once 3 reviews have been performed and they have found no evidence the ban was issued in error, it will not be lifted.

I moved your thread to the Apex Legends forums. It was posted under the Madden series. 

 

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. This decision is up to ToS and if you've already used up all your disputes, there's nothing else that can be done. When a dispute is submitted, ToS will perform a thorough investigation and overturn the ban if they find evidence the action taken on the account was in error. After 3 investigations, if they are not lifting the ban, it means none of that evidence was found.
