Glad to hear it! I'll keep your solution in mind should this come up again and power cycling doesn't help. Please let us know if anything else comes up. Good luck out there, Legend!

Hi there, @thatchickbecca
This is an issue we're aware of and investigating. Please keep an eye on our official channels for updates. Thanks!
Hi there, @0304des
I'm very sorry, but we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. It sounds like you've already spoken to an advisor and have appealed the ban with Terms of Service. You're welcome to do this up to 3 times. You can appeal again by following the instructions in this ...

It's possible your account has been sanctioned for violating the Terms of Service. An advisor can let you know if this is true or not. Please open a case here to get in touch with one. Thanks!

If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know, but it sounds like this might be related to the other crashing issues you're having. Thankfully, MS has always had a quick turnaround time for me when sending in hardware for repair. Hopefully, you'll have the same experience. Can you let me know know what happens?
I don't know that you need to send your console in for service. Is this the only game that happens with? Also, is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?
What type of match are you both looking for? Is it happening for all of them or just ranked matches, for example?

Thanks for the response. Try using alternate DNS servers with these steps:
From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Let me know if that makes a difference. Thank you.
Wireless is probably the issue. As a test, would you be able to move within a wire's reach? That would at least let you know if wireless is causing the lag.
That's great there's an improvement. We can still go through some troubleshooting to see if that lag can be improved. Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
When you switch between wireless and wired, are you power cycling your Xbox, modem and router? If not, switch back to a wire and go through those power cycling steps again. If that still doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings with these steps: from the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8....

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
