You said you're using wifi. That would be wireless. Can you confirm there's a wire coming from your console/PC that is plugged into the router? Also, I just noticed you said your account is banned. For help with that, please see this article.

You should be able to have your brother change the email associated with the account by logging in at www.origin.com.

Let's see if we can find out why you're crashing so frequently. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Yes. It does look the same. So, either you're running the test wrong or there's a problem with your connection since the data being sent can't get past your router. Do you have a PC? They work far better than Macs for this test.

We're not aware of anything changing with account transfers. Are you saying you want to move your gamertag, PSN ID or EA ID to a different EA account?

It's not possible to connect a PSN ID to an Xbox account. You can connect both an Xbox gamertag and a PSN ID to an EA account though. Is that what you're trying to do?
