I'll try to help figure out what's going on. Can you check the audio settings on your Xbox and make sure they match your TV or home theater? If you don't have a home theater system, but have chosen 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, you won't hear everything correctly. Let me know what you find. Thanks!

You're still going to be susceptible to interference. Even being close. Your connection will be stronger, but interference from other devices and the lack of stability with a wireless connection in general are going to cause lag and disconnects. Can you possibly get a wire and see if your connection improves?

I'll try to help find out why this is happening. It sounds like you might be on a wireless connection. Is that correct?

The problem is that you're on a wireless connection. Wireless is unreliable and prone to disconnects/lag. Especially when the signal has to travel through walls and/or floors. This gets worse when there are other devices sharing the same connection. It's worse still when anyone is streaming media while you're playing. Until you get wired, or at a minimum, closer to the router, this will continue to happen. You can try changing the wireless channel you're using. That may help. Also, try researching a powerline adaptor. This has been an excellent solution for many that are too far for a wired connection.

Are you still disconnecting? If so, what system are you playing on and are you using a wired or wireless connection?

Since you're in the US, you need to use the option for a callback. Can you resume one of your cases and see that as an option? Is it not there when you're creating the case? This is something you absolutely need to either talk to someone the phone or use live chat. You keep choosing email which is why this isn't getting handled.

I know it's frustrating to not have an heirloom yet, but you should get one when you hit 500 packs opened. The bad luck protection will be triggered at that point and grant one to you.

You should be getting an heirloom every 500 packs. So, it's possible your count is off. If you haven't received the second one, not enough packs have been opened to trigger the bad luck protection. Once you open the right number of packs, you'll get it automatically.

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
