Did you already perform the power cycling steps I mentioned previously? If so, let's see if alternate DNS servers will help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. Let me know if that helps or not.

Hello, @deulco.

I took a look at your account. Please contact an advisor here. They should be able to assist with this. Thanks!

Hi there, @GGGamer511.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hi there, @TheFIn91.

Are you still having trouble with logging into the Apex servers? If so, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. Interesting. I haven't heard of that being an issue previously. I assume you disabled FreeSync and resolved this issue?

Hi there, @Jeancarlo201

Are you absolutely sure you're using the right email address of your EA account? That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. That will lock you out for about 90 minutes.

Are you able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?
