If you are running into issues with linking or unlinking other accounts to your EA Account, I would recommend checking out our help article below. In order to link/unlink a connected account, you will need to be able to login into your EA Account Portal and can see the connected accounts under the "connections" tab.
Hey @ThMikeOlet Currently Apex Legends does not support cross-progression to carry unlocks from platform to platform, This is a frequently requested feature however, we currently do not have information if this feature will be coming to Apex.
I would recommend keeping an eye on Apex patch notes and social for any announcements if this does change.

Hey @FERRETGOD67 To confirm if you are trying to move progress from one Xbox account (the suspended one) to a newly created account, this would not be possible. Progress made on an account and on the platform you play on does not have to option to be transfered.
Hey @orangetango666 To confirm it can take up to 24 hrs after the purchase is complete for the coins to appear in-game, to check do you still not see the coins every time after this?
