Hey @LooCoo87 If the EA account linked to the Xbox is deleted you will need to send a password reset (restore deleted accounts) to try and reactivate the account. If you no longer have access to the email I would recommend getting in touch with your email provider for assistance getting back into the email...

Hey @Trakais_Cepums We've had similar reports with players on Steam, Can you check if you have anything in Advanced Launch options? 

 

  1. Right-click the game in your Origin library
  2. Select Game Properties
  3. Select the Advanced Launch Options tab
  4. See if anything is in "Command Line arguments" section
  5. Remove anything for reticle (but you can also try removing other arguments to see if this helps)

Hey @ThMikeOlet Currently Apex Legends does not support cross-progression to carry unlocks from platform to platform, This is a frequently requested feature however, we currently do not have information if this feature will be coming to Apex. 

 

I would recommend keeping an eye on Apex patch notes and social for any announcements if this does change.

Hey Everyone, 

 

Thanks for the feedback Since the Launch on map size and player count, recently with today's Patch there seems to be slight confusion around maps and player size going forward. I wanted to add a comment from the Community Managers around this.

Hey @FERRETGOD67 To confirm if you are trying to move progress from one Xbox account (the suspended one) to a newly created account, this would not be possible. Progress made on an account and on the platform you play on does not have to option to be transfered.
