Hey Everyone, 

 

Thanks for the feedback Since the Launch on map size and player count, recently with today's Patch there seems to be slight confusion around maps and player size going forward. I wanted to add a comment from the Community Managers around this.

HI @Rickastley1545 If you created a case a month ago and heard nothing from our support we may need to create a new case and select a different contact type to ensure there wasn't an issue with them receiving the first case.

Hey @FERRETGOD67 To confirm if you are trying to move progress from one Xbox account (the suspended one) to a newly created account, this would not be possible. Progress made on an account and on the platform you play on does not have to option to be transfered.

Hey @Pulvertomten If you suspect someone of cheat or breaking our fair play rules, I would recommend checking out our help article on how to report them to the proper team. Its not fun when someone ruins our games, so we take these reports seriously.
