This is a stability update, fixes a couple of the highest priority crashes based on crash data. We note hotfixes in the last patch notes OP generally.

Nope.
You can earn essence from main game maps. Weaves are designed to have these kinds of niches, which weave number was it if you recall?
We can technically see anything, it’s just a matter of putting the data in to the games logging I think. Played maps, difficulty, outcome, careers chosen, traits used, talents picked, exactly where players died on a map overlay (work in progress still I think, it’s pretty complicated), kills by careers, classes, what they killed and how much they have killed of each. I think you nailed the ones we have set up in your list there. There may be more, the telemety ‘backend’ is pretty intimidating!
Sometimes they’re born of community requests, things like the social wheel, accessibility options, heck even Twitch 2.0. Sometimes suggestions coincide with a developers’ inate interest to expand on a system, but sometimes they’re inspired by the suggestions and the hackweek project follows.
Read moreA lot of stuff can be just learning really, or trying something new, no tangible result you can touch or feel, but more personal growth that might benefit Fatshark down the line, or help you understand others’ processeses more. We have a bunch of stuff that never quite made the cut, it’s cool stuff that could be born again in a future hackweek but it’s not stuff we’re too cosy talking about for various reasons. Mostly just so we don’t break hearts if they’re highly interesting features we just can’t deliver on fully. I think you guys have had enough of that. ...
Thanks for stopping by to check out the latest dev update from the Shark Tank here in unusually unwintery Stockholm.
This week is what’s known as a ‘Hack Week’ here in the office. What does that mean you might ask? Well, think of Hack Week as an opportunity to do something different - so long as there’s some theoretical or actual value in what you’re doing, and have a pitch for it. Some will end up hacking alone, whilst others will form a team and get cracking on something bigger, or req...
Read moreWe will, it was causing some instability so bear with us.
The schedule on this is tight, but we could potentially extend the quests a day or so.
A stability patch did go out today for XB1, PS4 coming soon.
Yeah sorry about that, the rats aren’t coming until tomorrow. We have a fix in for a bunch of crashes, including Weave 95. The Old Haunts painting is fixed now and will be awarded. Other fixes will be coming with 2.2 which really isn’t that far off, we might be able to give our planned release date for that this week in our Dev Post.
At first, it was simply a couple of rats that got into the keep with the crates for Lohner’s Emporium of Wonders, nothing to worry about. However, a couple of days ago Olesya grew tired of their little clattering feet and decided to root them out with one of her spells… it turned out to be an entire rat infestation! The rats are everywhere, and although Sienna does not seem to mind the extra company Saltzpyre is greatly dismayed that they are trying to get to his test specimen downstairs…
With Year of the Rat upon us, we for some rat-tastic reason felt the urge to honor our furry...

This has been changed so anyone who hit a negative value has now been pushed back up to zero.
It doesn’t right now, but will be fixed soon and will count any you bought and haven’t been counted for yet automatically.
Welcome to our first in a series of status updates from the Shark Tank. Last week, the first installment of the ‘Curse of Drachenfels’ hit the live servers along side the kick off for Season 2 and patch 2.1!
What would Vermintide 2 be without rats? Well, actually it would still be quite cool since you’d still get to fight the Norscans and Beastmen, b...
Read moreYep!
When you log in to the game, the game checks with Steam which DLC you own. If the game is told by Steam that you don’t own any DLC, but the game detects DLC items in your inventory, we hide them in order to protect and maintain the value of DLC items for those who have purchased them. This happens if:
A: a player has refunded a DLC or
B: steam is in crisis and cannot communicate with the game what DLC you own
In the case of the latter, just waiting for Steam to ‘wake up’ will fix the issue. In the case of the former, well… you can’t own what you don’t own.
You’re not wrong. The process is much harder since we shipped launcher 3.0 (as pictured) and updating it is quite a tedious process compared to previously (with added benefits like localisation).
I’ll get around to it… probably not today though.
We’d like to revisit deeds for sure, but that wont be in the short term if I am being honest.
I doubt we’ll see the V1 skins split, they’re complete skins and we’ve no plans to split them in to seperate pieces at this time.
Can’t say for sure about the Arrogance Lost recolours though. I don’t know how much work it was to bring the original ones in to V2, but I can ask of course
