We’re just rolling out a crash hotfix for PlayStation 4, Xbox is still in certification and will be pushed out as soon as possible.

Hey BrandonHeat.

This does appear to be your first thread here, so I’m not sure what was ignored. When posting for help it’s best to use a dedicated thread instead of interjecting in another

Your issue looks to be related to your GPU failing, we’d suggest a clean re-installation of your GPU drivers.

Nah I just went at it with a drill and a 3d printed adaptor plate. Now it’s all loosey goosey. RIP

Haha! Nice memory

My mini is currently undriveable as I broke the airbox trying to modify it ito accept a cone filter. There’s a reason I’m also not a mechanic!

Rightfully so, there’s a reason I’m not a music producer.

I’ve already uploaded them, but the release process requires QA to absolutely triple check my work on that. Else we release it, find out I accidentally put my own amazing EDM MP3s in the folder and released it to you all. :stuck_out_tongue:

They will be items available to players already, think cosmetic DLCs.

Man it’s ready I promise! I have my own little Hedge branch I can now upload the collector’s edition content to myself! prettty cooool. I just need QA to sign off and ship it and it’s been, somewhat fairly, underprioritised. Soon buddy, soon™.

I believe there’s a mix of both.

Heroes!

Thanks for stopping by this brief update! This week saw the experimental PC Beastman-taming-beta come offline and the changes, along with some additional fixes, put out to the live version of the game. Hopefully, you’re finding a better balance of bad guys in your adventures. Thanks to those of you who tested the beta and provided feedback! You rock!

Vermintide 2 Turns Two

With March 8th approaching, we’re looking forward to celebrating the two year anniversary since Vermintide 2 was released on Steam! We’ve only have you all to thank for the success of Vermintide 2, of course having joined us on the journey so far, or part of it perhaps, yet here reading this post all the same. So again, thank you for being here and we hope you enjoy what we have in store for you for 2020 and Year 3, or ~ 2524 IC!

To celebrate the anniversary we’ll be letting the heroes loose on the streets of Helmgart to have A Quiet Drink (hopefully) and relax a little. The...

It certainly helps find any common game breaking bugs or crashes! We use betas in different ways, depending on the beta. We could be clearer up front about what we are expecting of them.

:stuck_out_tongue: I was just going to suggest that the feedback forum here was pretty un-used during the beta (not entirely, and was taken in to account!!). A great deal of the conversations we happened across stated that things were much more balanced in terms of faction represtentation. Of course, playing one or two games just isn’t enough to get a full feel for the changes so there was a lot of knee jerk reactions from some folks. We also looked at data, what was being killed in what volume, and found that things were much more balanced during that test (and beyond in to 2.2.1). Had there been truly an overwhelming negative response to the changes, we’d have looked at adjusting that before it went live, as the beta was very specifically for that feedback.

As for the huntsman thing, yeah, wasn’t ideal at all, but it was one of many issu...

Heroes of the consoles!

Today we pushed out an update for both Playstation 4 and Xbox One which should improve stability overall.

  • A bunch of crash fixes. Improved overall stability.
  • Fixed issues with Kerillian’s spear and shield in offline mode.
  • Fixed an issue with daily quests in offline mode.
  • Fixed an issue where the clients would get disconnected if there were too many Ratling Gunners shooting at the same time.

Good morning heroes,

Thanks for checking out the experimental beta this past weekend and giving us your thoughts and feedback on the changes.

Overall the changes were received well and as such we’re putting those changes live, including the reintroduction of the unintended mechanic which allows for some customisation of Heroic Deeds. The full patch notes for this release are below.

  • Changed how enemy faction populations are determined in the missions. Skaven and Chaos now have a higher chance of appearing in a mission compared to Beastmen. Should mean less Beastmentide across the board.
  • Beastmen can no longer spawn in Blood in th...

We’re aren’t averse to this, but we’re going one step at a time.

The fix is made and seems to be working, I hoped it would be in for this weekender, so I’ll chase up where it is ...

Heroes!

Hope you’ve had a groovy week. We’ve not got it all right have we. But hats off to you for letting us know where we misstep. We genuinely appreciate it.

Today we’re putting an Experimental Beta out to Steam, available for all owners of Vermintide 2, but with particular emphasis on the Beastmen available for Winds of Magic enabled lobbies.

[BETA ACCESS DETAILS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST]

You’ve fed back to us that there seems to be a disproportionate amount of Beastmen in your Vermintide. For some time now we’ve been fettling with Beastman presence throughout the game on an internal version, and are read...
