In case you failed to understand this would make Wukong's clone not apply the jungle monster burn effect, which is likely more of a nerf than the bugs it ended up fixing were buffs.

Huge bug-fixing patch lets goooooo. Also worth noting- "Champion-created clones can no longer apply the burn effect from Emberknife and Hailblade's Sear passive" will make it so Wukong W can no longer steal his camps gold, or make Krugs not split when killed.

Holy shit. Massive W. The most annoying bug in the world on Fiora — you could Q into a bush that you knew had a ward, but your Q would fail to hit it, and go on full cooldown.

Insanely huge W. Hope this one doesn't go under the radar since I know this has been a big painpoint for players for awhile.

Last I looked I think this was the hardest counter by winrate differential. The interesting thing is its actually all 3 of the top 3 hardest counters, Malphite v Sylas in jg, mid, and top.

Close. Clones cannot apply Red Buff, but they do apply the jungle item. The rest of your theory is mostly correct from my understanding. Looking to fix this in 12.12 ideally. No promises however.

Only OUTER TOWERS are getting slightly tweaked, and it should only be ~1/3 a reduction from the Durability Update changes. ALL OTHER TOWERS are unchanged from their Durability Update buffs. This "towers are getting reverted" narrative is strictly false.
