We do send them out every round but there's still some people not getting them despite being identified / unlocked correctly - so it's worth checking your login right after any announcements.
Morning everyone. Just dropping in to let you know we have another wave prepped and in testing - we'll have a Go/No Go call at 12 to confirm this can go ahead.
Provided everything goes to plan, our next wave should be early this afternoon. Like wave 1-2, the third wave is much bigger than the last one but there's still more to come before everyone is back in.

On the point of an ongoing discussion. Will there actually be a place to discuss this or should we keep shouting into the abyss and hope our suggestions get picked up by jmods?
We are reading everything across every platform we can so even when it feels like the abyss, it's likely we've read it.
I talked on Monday about setting up some destinations for Ironman feedback, but we are just waiting on some info from the dev team to bring to the table before we proceed with that.

It's frustrating to see that the "care package" isn't changing though. I get you "can" offer more. But it's going to be 30 + days before we have a chance to get in again, and we'll get 10 medium lamps. With the current TH, there's a chance of using literally 1 key to get that. Why not make it huge? You aren't losing anything giving people more
I know it's a bit of a Hooli-ism to say the last two words at end of this sentence, but I would say what we are doing for impacted players is an ongoing discussion.
There was a lot of feedback about things people wanted to see and the team are working out the best ways we can incorporate that feedback - either in event form, the wishes or maybe even something else.
I mean, at this point the "significant amount of tokens" is a straight up lie. Going to be a shameful number like 500 tokens or something, similar to the 10 medium lamps you guys are giving out for a month lost
Not to mention 6th April will see the Rex bosses out, yet many still won't be back in, thereby missing out on Day 1 drops and money. Who's going to account for that?
The behaviour from jamflex over the last 10 days has been straight up disgraceful and indicative of a middle finger to the players.
I hope the end result will make you feel differently as the intent definitely isn't for it to be on the low side of tokens per day.

Not just yet unfortunately but it's being worked on. It won't be addressed in the package from April 6 but we do plan to do more and share that in a way where we can get feedback from the community.
But we still miss out on the massive amount of daily experience from the butterflies?

We have seen the feedback on the butterflies experience this week but it's not something we have an answer for today.
The package going in on April 6th is as it is, but there's nothing to say we can't do more beyond that - either through the events or something else. We'll make sure the butterfly feedback is part of these discussions going on in the team too.

Hey everyone. For those of you we've seen wondering about the Spring Festival, we just wanted to let you know anyone joining late will be given a significant amount of the tokens based on the number of days missed.
If you do end up missing the event entirely, we'll be sure to give you all the items unique to the Spring Festival store. This also applies to the April Fools items today.
In terms of the rollout, the monitoring of the Wave 2 rollout over today looks positive and we've seen some great first reports from players who are back in.
This monitoring step is something we're doing for every wave. It's really important that we treat your accounts carefully and we're there to support any major issues as soon as we can if something goes wrong.
The plus side is, after some surprises in Wave 1, the success of Wave 2 should mean we can release future waves with increased confidence. We plan to go even bigger for Wave 3, and we'll keep building on that ...

The 'Compensation' package is complete garbage; daily players are missing out on so much more. Why are you granting wishes for people who are not affected by this?
There will be more wishes for those affected - the current plan, which isn't locked as yet, is that all other players will get one.
We will surely enjoy our double keys starting on 6th! We can’t log in, but i guess we know we got them? So everything is fine... it’s on us for not claiming them before they go to waste :)

This is actually a mistake in the message. Your Double Daily Keys gets activated alongside the account unlock process, so it'll kick in from the day you return rather than April 6th.
We finish at 6 too but if shit hits the fan then we work lates and nights until it's resolved and the only thing that is flowing is sweat, not coffee.
With respect to the team, many of us have been doing that for 26 days straight now. That will continue for some people tonight almost certainly too.

Ive seen a post about a beta account that was worst than what it was durring the beta when he came to the live server.
That was a mistaken unlock rather than a restore. We've already addressed that error.
Hello everyone. Thanks for your patience today while we monitored the first rollout wave and fixed some of the initial issues that cropped up.
We just had our late afternoon regroup to confirm next steps - and we can now confirm the next wave will take place tomorrow rather than later today.
The team are rounding up the next players for restoration deployments over the rest of this afternoon, and we'll be prepping for the rollout as soon as we can tomorrow. We'll keep you updated on next waves and any further information as we get it.
Yep, when I heard the first wave of unlocks happened I checked through the mobile client and got it. Everything was still there and I was happy as a clam. Even made a post in this thread about it.
For the next 2 hours I finished up work with in mind that I could go play RS3. I was really excited for that. Then I tried to login after work and was locked again. Really pissed about that one

Is Yak to Basics extended by two weeks or three weeks? This post says three weeks, but the hyperlinked newspost says two weeks, and in-game still has the original end date listed
