If you can see the account stats on the OS hiscores, and those stats aren't present when you login, you're almost certainly logging into the wrong account. An account's username (used for logging in) can be different to an account's in-game display name.

I'd recommend the following.

1. Head to the Can't Log In? page: https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360001552065
2. Say No.
3. Say Email My Login.
4. Enter your commonly-used email address (it'll email a list of any logins you use that are linked to that email address).

Members can change their name once each month. Once you change your name you'll see a countdown until the next time you can change it.

You can redeem a bond (by choosing the option for name change) to reset the timer.

If you did redeem a bond then it's possible you chose the wrong option (like the membership instead).

In Mod Pips' message to the community we stated that we were planning to raise over £100k for our charity partners. We're delighted to announce that £6k of that will be shared by our charity partners for prizes in this tournament.

It's true that the caster can only be in one match at a time (you can't be in two places at once), but he's welcome to show as many matches as he's able!

Using that option essentially "resets" the name change timer. If you don't change your name and you regain your regular monthly reset (I'm presuming you're a member) then I guess the Bond would essentially be wasted. It's not banked. If you don't end up using it I'd recommend contacting the payment support team to see whether they might credit you for the 14 days membership instead.

You won't be paying any money, do not worry about that. We'll share more information when we can.
