Also did you have the game open on more than one device?

I’m very sorry for this RiverWarlock, I’ve added it to the bug report for the out-of-sync issues players have been reporting.

We have a couple of devs doing overtime right now working on this, but as it’s night time here the team will be working more on this tomorrow.

The Nagatrap from Mist of Scales, is this weekend’s Bounty Captain.

The Nagatrap will be available in the Bounty Shop, and will appear in Gold, Glory and Guild chests in 3-4 weeks’ time.

Hey, sorry for the delayed response on this one.

The team confirmed that the Pets that were released as part of the new starter packs like Arcanus’ Hound for example, are available in Pet Rescues currently.

Hey folks, thanks again for reporting these issues.

Just an update: These errors will settle down once the servers stop being slammed due to it being new mythic day.

We think we can see what’s causing the issues so the team will look at this over the next couple of weeks especially to see if we can’t improve on this in general as well as on high traffic days/times like the new mythic Friday.

I don’t have an ETA for when any improvements will be noticeable yet as it’s Friday night here and some deeper investigations will need to be done during business hours to really nail this at the roots. There are some specific things to investigate/tackle but as well as that performance improvements is ongoing work that doesn’t end which we are continuining.

We’re sorry for the degraded experience you’re having with the game tonight, for now, I think give it a couple of hours and try again if it’s really bad for you right now.

I’m just following up with you on this.

Does your chromebook have a touch screen?
As the mouse pointer in your video is your operating system’s graphic.

Gems of War has a custom mouse pointer graphic. So it appears your device isn’t really recognising the mouse properly.

I would suggest ensuring your mouse drivers are up to date as well as ChromeOS.

If this doesn’t work let me know and I’ll pass the info onto the team.
