There is no autoban from player reports. Whether someone is reported one time or a million times, their case was reviewed by a moderator/investigator who made the call that the behavior was against the TOS/Code of a conduct.
No one in the forums can review an appeal or undo a ban or suspension. If a player believes they were wrongfully suspended or banned, they need to go through the official appeals process.
The team is continuing to address this issue.
At this time, we are going through the megathread to investigate those edge cases and unblocking players once we understand what those particular cases are, along with anyone on the list who falls under the same edge case.
EAC repair may fix this.

That world experienced a crash, but it was automatically reactivated. It should be up now. If you notice your world is ever down for more than 10 minutes, let us know in the forums like you did. 
No you shouldn’t need to do anything. We are going to restart the world. It will be a super short maintenance.
What world(s) are you seeing this on? We are investigating an issue with Hellheim, but if it’s another world, let me know.
We tried something - can you see if you can join Outpost Rush or an Expedition now?
We are investigating; just took the world down manually to get some data, and it should be back soon in better shape.
It required a second manual restart, which is happening now.
It does not look like the dupe actually exists in the way folks are reporting, but to be sure, none of you should attempt using this because even an attempt, once it hits our exploit threshold, will trigger a suspension/ban.

Takamagahara ended up only taking about 15 minutes longer than the rest of US East. It is out of maintenance and available now.
EU Central is now done with maintenance as well.
This completes our maintenance for this evening.
US East is now done with maintenance except one world (Takamagahara) which requires additional maintenance.
Estimated time for completing additional maintenance for Takamagahara is 60 minutes.

AP Southeast
SA East

Yes, we are confident we can address the gold and the items, as well as take action on those who used the exploit. I think there was a post about this (or at least that latter part) somewhere in the forums.
At this moment a rollback or wipe is not being considered.
