Thank you very much for all the collaboration and reports. We checked with the team and it seems it is indeed intended for the older events not to spawn.
As well as some naming confusion with the Head hunting and Witch hunt. They are the same event, what differs is the option to turn in the body or skull.
We’ll make sure to spread the word to other threads as well. And make sure that this type of information makes it into future patch notes containing any new events.

as it seems this line was interfering with the spawning of events. Please try to restart your servers once more and give them a try.

In the meantime, can you share with us your character and clan names? As well as the exact location of the chest in question.
The approximate date and hour when you first placed them and when you noticed they were gone would also assist us in finding the source of the issue.

Due to the number of possible permutations our team is having a hard time pinpointing the exact issue. Could you provide us some examples with the exact potion names and buffs you experienced? As well as the results obtained in numbers/percentages would be amazing.
A couple of examples should be enough but any more you are able to provide will assist us in identifying the issue faster.
