By now our team was able to identify that one of the systems that authenticate users on one side failed which caused a hiccup when trying to connect to the game. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep investigating what caused the failure in the first place.

Apologies for the delay in our reply. We asked our team to check the server for connectivity issues or anything that could block players out.
At this time, it seems the server is working as intended and has been receiving players regularly. However, we noticed in another thread a suggestion that might help you. They suggested trying to connect to an Exiled Lands server before heading to Siptah. It’s a long shot and we will continue to investigate what could cause this.
