There isn't a debug menu, but it sounds like you're thinking of the devkit map editor.

Short Answer
Either there is some serious issues with how the game is rounding, or there is actually something wrong with the droprates. The rare items should be approximately 5.14% (72% for the category) instead of 5.36% (75% for the category).

Explanation
If you assume each item has a 1 in 22 chance, then this should be the chances:

...
Category Percentage
Mythical 4.54545%...
Legendary 18.18181%...
Epic 13.63636%...
Rare 63.63636%...

The current percentages are correct. Mythical chance is a separate factor in addition to the base rarity. 75 + 20 + 5 = 100. This is only true for old presents/boxes.

Newer presents/boxes have an equal chance for any item (100 = 100). Mythical chance is separate. Additional item chance is separate.

You installed the PTR branch of the game. Switch to the main branch from Unturned -> Properties... -> Betas instead.

  1. If the mod creator has made it so that they can spawn on the map you're playing on, they'll spawn.

  2. If you're playing on a custom map that has manually added spawns for that modded content, they'll spawn.

  3. If you downloaded a mod that specifically adds spawn tables for that modded content, they'll spawn (assuming the spawn tables are relevant to whatever map you're playing on).

If it can spawn, the mod author will usually specify so in the mod description.

The issue is that you're trying to use a Steam group when many servers only use dynamic groups, which are made in-server and not through Steam.

No. Items, zombies, and vehicles can all respawn without needing a restart.

Hopefully it will be streamlined a little bit

I feel like the current system has a handful of different options that suffice fairly well. Is there another system (or alternative system) someone thinks would be better?

If the magazine is unloaded, it's a "drag-drop ammo box onto the magazine". If it's loaded in the gun, then it's you only add one step of "right-click gun, and then drag-drop ammo box onto the magazine".

Right-clicking to view the physical storage slots of magazines and ammo boxes is only necessary for players who want to carefully interact with load order for something like tracers. Alternatively, players can use the search function next to each attachment slot so they don't need to drag-and-drop at all.

Increase the percentage threshold required for a vote to pass, and increase the minimum number of players necessary to start a votekick.

Not a bug. There's a secret semi-canon easter egg outside of the tutorial area.

There is no official item called the "Safe". It sounds like you're playing with modded content. You can check your mod list from in-game (Workshop menus) or directly from your Steam Workshop subscription page.

Note that curated content (such as Elver) is not official content. Curated maps may add their own custom content exclusive to that map, and may rebalance or remove official content.

Metal Wardrobe is the largest storage official item storage.

EDIT: Also, the wiki is up-to-date on this too. https://unturned.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Item_Storage

EDIT 2: The locker was not removed from the game.

I would guess that most servers probably wipe all player save data, including save data tied to plugins such as Garages.

Why don't you just ask the server owner how often they wipe and what save data they wipe? Alternatively, there's always servers that wipe infrequently, if at all during their lifespan.

Not planned for Unturned 3.x. Already (more-or-less) a thing in Unturned II, however.

That shouldn't be happening. :(

You can report bugs, especially any other ones you find, directly to 505 Games Support. While I'll likely see some of the console discussions posted here, filling out a support ticket will definitely get it seen more directly.

Yes -- console issues can be reported directly to 505 Games Support! https://support.505games.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

PC players should still report bugs through the normal locations (SDG Forum, U3 Community GitHub repo, and Steam Discussions are the main ones).

Kinda! It reminds me of the older style of modded low-poly weapons. All those older low-poly mods had guns that were thinner and longer than official content, with more detail around stocks/grips/scopes than the base model.

tl;dr: Unturned II is a sequel to Unturned, and is not cancelled. Both games will (and are) continuing to receive updates monthly(-ish). Unturned II's development can be followed either in-game (for those who have access) or from the official SDG Blog.
