Hmm… was it within the stated time window? The timing runs around UTC, so the claim windows run between 3:01 AM PT / 10:01 AM UTC and 2:59 AM PT / 9:59AM UTC which is a bit funky

Removing the ways that show how to do this, but this is a bug we are currently aware of and will get fixed.
It’s a section of the forums that can be used to see recent staff posts: Lost ark development team - Lost Ark Forums
This is the information that I was given by the development team. While datamined information can show part of the picture, unused pieces of a build are not an indicator that these things are completely launch ready.
It is always the time stated in the downtime notification and patch notes – we include multiple timezones here.
Just a heads up, we did add Shadow Fox back in to the tracker!
While we do always try to respond wherever and whenever possible, there are a massive amount of posts to keep up with-- looking in the backend, this week had over 45,000 posts made in the forums alone. Regardless of thar scale, many of our CMs have also additional tasks and responsibilities that our parts of our jobs; for example, since I can speak to myself, a good chunk of my time is spent doing work internally, whether that includes reporting, working through comms, participating in meetings, etc. Even if there is not always a response present, please know we have folks constantly combing through the forums to collect bug reports, feedback, and stay tuned in (and, without jumping the gun, we hope to get some more folks on board to help soon).
We also appreciate the feedback on this topic, and have raised that a feature to block folks via mail would be helpful.
This is what information was shared with us on the topic; KR skin release pace less frequent. The Omen skin was selected because it is a complete set that is available on all of the classes that are currently in our game
This event only runs on weekends, which means you’ll get one claim Saturday and one claim Sunday
7 AM UTC / 9 AM CET. It is the same time that it has been for all the other weekly updates, which is always stated in the patch notes title (although CET has just gone through a time change).
Patch notes to come, but you can expect them to take place at midnight PT at the start of each Thursday
Support is correct, at this point in time we cannot grant re-entry tickets to weekly content. I fully agree that it is not ideal, and we are very aware that this is an ongoing issue. I apologize for the inconvenience.
I really appreciate the feedback in this thread, as much of it is very informative and well thought out – when we do release Valtan, we want to make sure a good chunk of our playerbase is ready for it, so these are all things we are considering as well. There are more events/mechanics/etc that we will put in place across future updates to keep helping players move into the endgame
No update to share right now, but we will let you know in the future!
Sharing this from another thread…
We touched on this with our message from SGR –
Existing skins in the Korean version were released before some classes, requiring art and development time to rig models with skins for newer classes and the special weapons that accompany them.
Classes like the Striker and Gunslinger currently don’t have many skins available to them, and to start we want to make sure we are releasing skins that all Classes can use so that players across the board can have access to these options. We also understand there isn’t currently a wide backlog of skins in the game like in some other versions, so we happy to get that feedback.
This is more than likely related to some of the ongoing issues we are experiencing with the chat windows in the game – it is out for a fix now. Thanks for the report!
Appreciate the reports! The team is flagging and escalating

We care – I think it’s pretty clear to see that my days will be significantly better once we can share it and I have a substantial update to give
