After last night’s maintenance, we are aware that some servers may be experiencing issues that will impact player experience.

We are actively working with Smilegate RPG to resolve these problems, but in the meantime, we will be restarting servers as needed in order to minimize server issues. When this happens, a server’s downtime is expected to last up to 30 minutes.

We will provide updates as the situation progresses.

Yes, it will. The architecture of the game does not allow us to support additional servers in the current region without being detrimental to game stability (keep in mind the game has multiple cross-server play features), so we will have to place these in a new region to accommodate more players

Our teams are working to get this stood up as quickly as possible; we’ll let you know as soon as an ETA arrives

FWIW, it doesn’t currently look like there should be an extreme difference in ping for most players; it shouldn’t have a big effect on gameplay in that way

We’ve been taking several steps to help mitigate these issues with each maintenance; unfortunately the issue is complex so there is not necessarily a single fix that can be deployed, but it is actively being worked on

This is not something that is currently set up to function in-game. Right now, names are region-based because there are cross-server play features, such as being able to do dungeons and PvP, which is why players need to be identified separately

We are currently working on improving moderation filters and tools. In the meantime, please report these folks: Lost Ark - Support | Amazon Games This will help our team get them out of game more quickly

We know that this is a paid premium account benefit that has a timer associated with it and are actively investigating this issue – if timers have continued to run we will definitely have to do something to remedy this
