Queues like that aren’t viable either, which is why we are doing what we can to expand places for players to go to mitigate this. I understand the frustration, but again, we cannot increase capacity without putting the game in a state where no one can play it

I understand the desire for this, but unfortunately server transfers are not currently a feature of the client. We will try to work with Smilegate RPG to see if this is something that can be implement.

I understand that people want to see expanded capacity on the current EU servers, but we’ve hit the hard limit. I want to point out this part of the announcement –

“Based on the game’s architecture this is the only way to accommodate more players in Europe so it’s a joint effort between Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG.”

We can’t add more capacity without sacrificing game stability, which is not a viable path.

These are hidden by a bug right now, it is out for a fix and will hopefully be resolved soon. I understand the frustration and stress when it comes to real money purchases, and I’m extremely sorry this is happening

Heroes of Arkesia,

We’re blown away by the number of players that have joined us in Lost Ark since our launch on Friday. Arkesia is filled to the brim with eager players, so we’re working as quickly as possible to set up an entirely new region of servers in Europe. Based on the game’s architecture this is the only way to accommodate more players in Europe so it’s a joint effort between Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG and rest assured we are working 24/7 until it’s live.

While we understand lengthy queue times may persist, we will need time to ensure everything is set up to be in top shape to help accommodate all players to get in game. We’ll share an update on exact timings as soon as possible.

Please note that this will be a distinct new region (separated from Central Europe) without cross-region play availability. This also means that region-wide features, such as your Royal Crystal and Silver balances from Central Europe will not be accessible in the new Euro...

Thanks, I know people are having issues with both their product inventories and getting into game right now, so I’m going to see what can be done about this. I don’t want folks to miss out on this because of outstanding issues

The statement I shared about power pass being server-wide came directly from SGR, so I will have to circle back to determine if there is a bug occurring or another issue. Appreciate the reports

It takes work on both our end and Smilegate’s end to set up any possible new environments for players. We have to work together to improve this situation.
