I just wanted to drop in to provide a quick update.
We continue to investigate the server-side aspects of the situation and have found an issue, though we haven’t yet isolated the cause. I’ll provide updates as I get them.
(It’s 08:10 am where we’re based, for reference.)
Thanks!
That shouldn’t be necessary; I’ll see what we can do about preventing that in future. Even integrated graphics should be able to display the class icons without too much worry.
Thanks!
Thank you for the report; we have identified and fixed one bug related to your earlier screenshot, and we’ll investigate why your latter screenshot is possible.
Can I ask whether the class icons are appearing that pixellated in game for you, or if that quality loss is occuring after the screenshot was taken? I haven’t been able to reproduce that.
That’s bizarre. I haven’t seen this crop up in any of our internal testing. If you are able to reproduce this, could you please upload a log file as an attachment to a forum post?

Could you also please link us to a screenshot of your skill tree on ...

I don’t believe this to be a bug; I think the intention here is for the comparison to simply display total stat changes, rather than specific affixes. I’ll flag this for discussion at a future meeting.
Thank you very much for the report!
We have reproduced this issue internally and I have posted about it here. I hope you don’t mind, but I’ll lock this thread just so that we have a single place in which to provide updates that all affected players can keep an eye on. We’ll get this fixed up as soon as we can.
Ah - just for future reference, any incident of “program deletes / uninstalls itself” is extremely likely to be caused by the interference of security software such as an anti-virus client.
Thanks for the update! I’m glad the crashes are no longer occurring for you.
Thank you very much for the reports!

We have been receiving and investigating reports of chat unreliability since the release of our latest game update, Patch 0.7.3. We have reproduced this issue internally and expect that it will require a patch to address. I don’t yet have an ETA for a solution.
We would like to thank you for the reports and apologize for the inconvenience. While we aren’t currently requesting additional information to help us look into this, I’ll post an update if that changes. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this.
Thank you!
I saw a similar report and wanted to compare your .ini file with the one provided by the other player. They don’t bear the same symptoms, so the two issues look to be unrelated.
Due to us launching the patch yesterday and it being the weekend (our bad, of course) we’re in an information-gathering stage and I’m not yet certain whether this would be something we can troubleshoot or would require a game update to address. I’ll keep you posted.
Thank you very much for the detailed report and included files.
I’m looking at your graphics .ini file and seeing the following;
Screen Resolution=Error
ScreenMode=Error
I strongly suspect this is related to the issues you are experiencing.
It may be worth renaming this file to le_graphicsmanager.old while the game client isn’t running so that a new one will be generated the next time you run the game. Could you please try this, and then post the new graphics .ini file for us?
While I suspect this is not caused by security software, I would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to flag the game as a trusted application just so we can conclusively rule that out.

We’re a small team and try to be as active on the forum as we can be, however unfortunately there are periods of time in which some members of the team might be unavailable.
I would make that point that uploading the file takes less than a minute. Troubleshooting technical issues does require that the person with an issue be willing to work with us - if this is not the case, then all I can say is that I apologize for the issue you are experiencing, and I do hope that a future game update improves the situation for you significantly.
Due to the possibility of external factors (software conflicts, overheating hardware, etc) playing a role in a game’s framerate, we cannot offer assistance in cases whether the player is not prepared to troubleshoot with us. Feel free to post a new thread if this changes.
A post was split to a new topic: Poor framerate in outside regions
We’ve been working on a new mouse cursor, however the work wasn’t finished in time for Patch 0.7.3. I’m not yet able to offer an ETA, but I wouldn’t expect it to take too much longer.
A quick google search (https://www.google.com/search?q=yolomouse+crashes+game) suggests that the program has caused the same issue for other games in the past.
Some initial questions I would have are;
Thanks for the report!
Could you please attach your Graphics .ini file to a new post in this thread?

If this happens again could you please post a log file? That’ll help us investigate this.

Thanks.
Are you sure your friend is currently logged in and playing?
I’m currently investigating whether this is a message delivery failure or the game client failing to correctly report the status of accounts in some situations. From your description of the issue, it could potentially be explained by either of these possibilities.
