SRAAMs were tested on the Harrier T.52 with the intention of fitting them to the GR.1.

This is backed up by Hawkers own marketing material (Hawker made both the Harrier and SRAAM)

All we have said is they are WIP and still being worked on. We have not confirmed any G Limit.

Draken is a very high performing aircraft. BR is based on how the aircraft actually performs in battle. Not if it has RWR or flares.

Jaguar BR was not increased solely due to it getting flares. It was doing really well at 10.0 and had to go up. The fact it was getting flares was just early info.

MiG-21s that were in the game long before Jaguar A also just got their flare pods. As we have been saying for some time now, they were all planned to get them and have been in the works for some time.

What people often don't understand, is that sometimes a couple of photos of something may well prove its existence. But is not enough to create a 3D model of it and represent it correctly in game. All of that background research and info has to go on at the same time as new aircraft are being introduced.

Just an update on the F-8:

- We are planning AIM-9C for the US F-8E.

- F8U-2 and F-8E will receive flares. Unfortunately there is currently no evidence supporting the French F-8 FN one supporting countermeasures. So if information is found, a separate report would be needed.

- We are planning a pre-set for the French F-8 with 1 R.530 (IR type) + 1 R.530 (radar type)

No. There were sources posted for the EJ Kai showing that it both had the capability as well as the fact Japan actually still had the missile in service.

GR.1 wont have flares. It never had them IRL and it was an error it had them on dev.

Someone has already provided several technical documents that we also have that shows the EJ Kai is capable of the AIM-9J / AIM-7E with no issues.
