I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding your Burning tree and your Niflheim tree. To help us to take a closer look at this issue, would you be able to send us an image from your Settlement Tree decorations list that shows these as missing? You can check these by interacting with the dragon plaque next to the Settlement Tree.

If you haven't collected all of the clues to identify The Rake with, you won't be able to find her in-game. You'll only be able to track her once you've revealed her identity in the Order Menu.
